I specialize in supporting adults and relationships of all types to navigate, explore, and heal in the areas of trauma, grief & loss, relationship strengthening/ repair, life transitions, coparenting, identity work, and affair/betrayal recovery.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years experience. My practice is trauma informed and culturally responsive. I am a queer, cisgender Japanese-American woman with lived experience navigating diverse family relations in the areas of both neurotypes and gender as a parent, coparent, and partner.

I am Gottman level 2 trained, EMDR trained, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) trained, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) trained. I utilize a variety of approaches, including mindfulness, polyvagal theory, and somatic practices.
