It's a structured, short-term process that helps both partners gain clarity about whether to continue working on the relationship or move towards separation. This process is aimed at helping each partner to explore what has led you to this point and to think deeply about the best path forward. We work together to identify key issues, clarify your own desires, and understand your partner's perspective, all while respecting the complexity of the situation, with a focused goal of reaching a decision grounded in love and respect
